WHO AM I?
When I first started out on my personal development journey, I had no idea where to begin or what path to follow. I just knew that what I was doing, wasn’t working anymore. I didn’t want to keep repeating the same behaviours that were keeping me stuck, I didn’t want to keep re-learning the lessons, I didn’t want to continue doing what I was doing and achieving the same results.
What I wanted, was to know myself better and yet, I didn’t know where to begin or who to ask for help???
At the time, a friend mentioned mediation to me and I decided to give it a try. Little did I know that those first 10 days of FREE guided meditations would be the beginning of my personal transformation.
After receiving so much clarity with my mediation practice, I began to expand my awareness and I started exploring the possibilities in my life. With this new found curiosity, I was excited to learn more about myself and I slowly began to stretch myself past my comfort zone and reach for places I had never been. I even joined a public speaking class after that being my number one FEAR in life!
With each step, my confidence grew and I before long, I was achieving success in all areas of my personal and professional life. Instead of leading my life from a place of fear, doubt, and limiting beliefs, I shifted my mindset and started leading from a place of love, acceptance, peace, freedom, joy, abundance and happiness.
During my journey, I created 10 tips that I began to use on a daily basis, to find my purpose, increase my happiness, and create new habits.
