My Story of Transformation
I used to spend hours over thinking what others might be thinking of me and it would often lead to paralysis.
It’s taken some years of therapy, self-development, mindset work and coaching to get to where I am today.
In the beginning of my journey, I was fearful of making mistakes, of being judged, and of failure.
It wasn’t until I slowed down and got intentional about what brought me peace and joy in my life, that I started to shift my thoughts to what I could do to bring more meaning and purpose into my life.
Once I decided that entrepreneurship is the path that I wanted to start for myself, I took action and left my corporate job to pursue what I love to do, despite what others might be thinking of me! And let me tell you…there was no shortage of critics, and I was the biggest one of them!
Since taking that leap, I have conquered many challenges along the way, including my negative self-talk, limiting beliefs and fixed mindset, and it has taken me until now to learn to let go of needing to control the outcome, and that I GET TO trust the process!
No longer trapped by my thoughts, or living in fear that I need others’ permission to be myself, I have shifted into love and acceptance of who I am and now serve others from a full cup of inner love and happiness.
By fully embracing who I am, I was able to reclaim my inner power and build up the confidence and courage to put myself out there and share my journey with others.
Now I share Jen-U-ine conversations with women who are willing to push past the discomfort and put in the effort to RISE UP to new thoughts, beliefs, and habits.

Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything.
Maybe it’s about un-becoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can become
who you were meant to be in the first place. ~ Paul Coelho
